End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the developer ("Licensor") governing your use of the mobile application and related services ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, the Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices that you own or control.

This license is granted solely for personal or internal business use.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or redistribute the App.
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices.
  • Use the App in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

3. Ownership

The App, including all software, designs, graphics, logos, content, and intellectual property rights, remains the exclusive property of the Licensor and its licensors.

This EULA grants only a license to use the App and does not transfer ownership.

4. User Content

The App may allow you to create, save, edit, and share photos, reports, templates, and other content.

You retain ownership of your content.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Content created using the App.
  • Compliance with applicable laws.
  • Obtaining necessary permissions when capturing or sharing content.

5. Permissions

The App may request access to:

Camera

Used for capturing photos and creating content within the App.

Location

Used to provide GPS coordinates, addresses, maps, and location-based features.

Photos and Media Library

Used to save, import, edit, and share photos.

You may revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings; however, some features may not function properly.

6. In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional premium features through Apple In-App Purchases.

  • Purchases are processed by Apple.
  • Pricing may change without notice.
  • Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies.
  • Premium purchases unlock additional features as described within the App.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party services, including:

  • Firebase
  • RevenueCat
  • Google AdMob
  • Apple In-App Purchases

Your use of these services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Updates

The Licensor may provide updates, bug fixes, enhancements, or new versions of the App.

Updates may be installed automatically or made available through the App Store.

This EULA applies to all updates unless accompanied by separate terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • ACCURACY OF LOCATION DATA
  • UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION

The Licensor does not guarantee that the App will always be error-free or available.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of profits
  • Device damage
  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

arising from the use or inability to use the App.

11. Termination

This EULA remains effective until terminated.

The license will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

12. Apple App Store Terms

If the App is downloaded from Apple's App Store:

  • Apple is not responsible for maintenance or support of the App.
  • Apple is not responsible for claims relating to the App.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA.
  • Apple has the right to enforce this EULA against you.

13. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to this EULA

The Licensor may modify this EULA at any time.

Updated versions will be posted within the App or associated websites.

Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised EULA.
